Interventional Pain Management

Responsibilities

  • Administers anesthetics during surgery and adjusts them as needed.
  • Maintains a sterile environment and follows aseptic techniques.
  • Monitors patients' vital signs throughout the procedure.
  • Assists with postoperative care and pain management.

Requirements

  • Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology.
  • Current Pennsylvania Medical License.
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in anesthesiology.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD).
  • Completed an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
  • Passing score on the Comprehensive Anesthesiology Examination (CAE).

Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and handle emergencies.
  • Proficient in medical terminology and pharmacology.

Schedule

Physicians work 2 clinic days + 2 procedure days, with first procedure starting at 7:15 AM and typically completed by 4 PM.
