Critical Care RN specializing in Interventional Radiology, responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, executing physician and nursing orders, and managing discharge planning with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary coordinator for patient care, ensuring well-coordinated treatment
• Accurate communication of patient status
• Effective discharge planning

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Preferred Advanced Life Support certification
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure
