About the role

The Clinical Specialist (CS) integrates the company's technology into Cardiac Cath, Hybrid OR and IR Labs of ACIST accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing ACIST equipment/devices and educating customers on optimal usage.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, management, tech, RN, and other staff.
  • Supporting product adoption and effectiveness by identifying and addressing training needs.
  • Converting non-adopters into adopters through consultative selling strategies.
  • Maintaining thorough records in Salesforce and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Providing procedural support and training during product adoption visits.
  • Collaborating with the Territory Sales Manager to integrate technology in new accounts.
  • Addressing ongoing customer needs through cross-functional communication.
  • Providing case and clinical support during product demonstrations and evaluations.

Responsibilities

Primary duties include:

  • Supporting product adoption and effectiveness by identifying and addressing training needs.

  • Maintaining thorough records in Salesforce and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Providing procedural support and training during product adoption visits.

  • Providing case and clinical support during product demonstrations and evaluations.

Requirements

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum RCIS, RN, RT or related health care license.
  • 3 years clinical experience in interventional or peripheral cardiovascular laboratory or thorough knowledge of current interventional practices and procedures.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate strong persuasive, objection handling, and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate team contributor competencies: Action Oriented, Perseverance, Learning agility, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • Ability to learn and implement the Vital Signs process which includes completing baseline assessments per protocols outlined in the Account Database (Salesforce.com).

Skills

Skills required include:

  • Strong presentation and training abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgment.
  • Knowledge of ACIST contrast delivery system.
  • Experience in scrub and clinical support.

Pay

Estimated Beginning On Target Earnings: $138,000.00 - 164,500.00*

Schedule

Minimum 70-80% travel required.
