Interventional Cardiologist - Emerald Coast, Florida
About the role
The incoming physician will split time between the cardiac catheterization laboratory, inpatient rounding, and outpatient clinic responsibilities. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of interventional and general cardiology services across hospital and clinic settings.
Responsibilities
- Coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)
- Complex coronary interventions
- Peripheral vascular interventions
- Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations
- ECG interpretation
- Echocardiography
- Stress testing
- Preventive cardiology and longitudinal cardiovascular care
Requirements
The physician will work closely with fellow cardiologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care throughout the region.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease
- Completion of accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology training programs
- MD or DO
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Experience and interest in both coronary and peripheral vascular interventions
- Open to experienced physicians and current fellows
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and quality outcomes

Pay

Schedule
Shared STEMI and general cardiology call responsibilities are divided equally among the physician team with a 1:5 call rotation.
