Interventional Cardiologist

About the role

Join CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group in London, Kentucky, as an Interventional Cardiologist. You will become part of an established cardiology team dedicated to providing exceptional heart care throughout Southeastern Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology services to patients throughout Southern Kentucky
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of cardiac conditions
• Perform cardiovascular procedures and interventions consistent with your training and specialty focus
• Collaborate with an established cardiovascular team as needed within the KY Market
• Utilize in-clinic cardiovascular imaging services to support patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Maintain a balanced practice supported by a strong referral network from primary care and specialty providers
• Collaborate closely with hospitalists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary care teams to provide coordinated patient care
• Utilize EPIC as the integrated electronic medical record in both clinic and hospital settings
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered cardiovascular care

Requirements

• Board-Eligible/Board-Certified
• Active or eligible license in the state of Kentucky

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Cardiologist with strong clinical expertise, a patient-centered approach to care, and a commitment to collaboration. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, procedural proficiency, and the ability to thrive within a collegial, team-oriented environment.
