About the role

The Educational Service Center of Central Ohio provides professional development, curriculum support, and other educational services to schools in central Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and administrators in implementing effective instructional strategies
• Develop and deliver professional development workshops and training sessions
• Assist in the creation and implementation of district-wide initiatives
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback on student learning outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field preferred
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of state and federal education standards

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
