Requirements
- Bachelor's in related field, or
- Associate's in related field + 2 years' relative work experience, or
- RBT with 4 years' relative work experience.
- 1-3 years minimum experience
Responsibilities
- Create and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans
- Engage in data collection and progress reporting
- Provide classroom behavior modification techniques
- Able to pass and implement safety care training
- Recognize antecedent behavior, utilize de-escalation techniques, apply physical techniques when warranted
- Properly document all interventions
- Verbal processing of events and other therapeutic services as needed
- Follow Clinical guidance from certified clinician
- Co-facilitate group sessions with certified clinician
- Facilitate group sessions independently when certified clinician is not available
