About the role

Lead and support a team of Instructional Assistants & Paraprofessionals
Develop and oversee IEPs aligned with student goals
Provide direct, individualized instruction
Use data to guide teaching strategies and progress
Collaborate with families, schools, and service providers
Support student growth, transitions, and long-term success

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
• Valid Ohio Department of Education Intervention Specialist License
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience working with students with autism and other neurological disabilities
• Ability to develop and implement effective educational programs
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
