Requirements

• Completion of a college course of study leading to the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf Comprehensive Skills Certificate
• Successful experience as a skilled-level interpreter (minimum three years)
• Post-secondary education in psychology, child development, or related fields that prepare an individual to work with high school students, or
• Two years of experience working with adolescents in a supervisory role
