About the role

X-Chem is a drug discovery company using DNA-encoded library (DEL) technology to discover leads for therapeutic targets. We collaborate with numerous pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, resulting in over 85 licensed programs to date.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with scientists on various projects
• Contribute to research and development efforts
• Assist in data analysis and interpretation
• Support experimental design and execution

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., chemistry, biology, biochemistry)
• Strong academic performance
• Interest in drug discovery and related fields
• Basic understanding of molecular biology and/or chemistry

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
