Internship, Recruiting (Fall 2026)

What You'll Do

• Cook up ever-changing requests while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters, and all other stakeholders
• Prioritize timely follow-up and follow-through, ensuring thoroughness in work product and attention to detail
• Update candidate records in recruiting systems and confirm new hires – maintain data integrity to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience
• Aid in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed

What You'll Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Available for a minimum of 12+ weeks for the internship
• Able to work full-time, 32+ hours per week
• Self-starters who are results oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and who take initiative and risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, takes initiative, and showcases curiosity
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Previous work experience or internships in related field is a plus
