What You'll Do
- Cook up ever-changing requests while keeping communication flowing between candidates, recruiters, and all other stakeholders.
- Prioritize timely follow-up and follow-through, ensuring thoroughness in your work product and attention to detail.
- Keep candidate records updated in recruiting systems and confirm new hires – maintain data integrity to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Spot opportunities to enhance the candidate experience.
- Help out with other recruiting tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring
- Currently studying Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 12+ weeks for the internship.
- Capable of working full-time, 32+ hours per week.
- Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and who take initiative and risks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative, and showcase curiosity.
- Quick learners in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools/programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.

Pay
Expected Compensation: $21.00 - $31.00/hour + benefits.
