What You'll Do

  • Cook up ever-changing requests while keeping communication flowing between candidates, recruiters, and all other stakeholders.
  • Prioritize timely follow-up and follow-through, ensuring thoroughness in your work product and attention to detail.
  • Keep candidate records updated in recruiting systems and confirm new hires – maintain data integrity to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Spot opportunities to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Help out with other recruiting tasks as needed.

    What You'll Bring

    • Currently studying Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • Able to commit to a minimum of 12+ weeks for the internship.
    • Capable of working full-time, 32+ hours per week.
    • Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious, and who take initiative and risks.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative, and showcase curiosity.
    • Quick learners in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools/programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
    • Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.

        Pay

        Expected Compensation: $21.00 - $31.00/hour + benefits.

        The pay offered may vary based on individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
