About the Program

BWFA’s internship program offers students an active experience in the financial services industry, preparing them for careers in their desired fields. The program highlights each intern’s strengths—whether in technology, data analysis, or design—while prioritizing individual and professional development. Interns gain valuable career experience in a supportive, educational environment.

Key Projects

• Collaborate with BWFA’s President & CEO, Rob Carpenter, to develop an annual white paper addressing critical topics. This project requires extensive research and leverages academic knowledge to tackle real-world challenges.
• Complete specially designed projects to gain hands-on experience and insight into specific areas of the financial services industry.
