The twelve‑week Lindternship program offers hands‑on experience for undergraduate and graduate students to gain practical skills and contribute to projects that directly impact the business. Interns are paired with a mentor, attend professional career development workshops and sessions, and participate in networking events to meet additional team members. The program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders who are passionate, curious, and ready to make an impact in the premium chocolate industry. Based at Lindt USA HQ in Stratham, NH, the internship runs from June 1, 2027 through August 20, 2027.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with graduation between May 2027 and May 2029
• Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a collaborative spirit

• Simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly

Pay

Total Rewards Compensation Range: $20 an hour. Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on the company’s size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job‑related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.

Schedule

The Lindternship program runs from June 1, 2027 to August 20, 2027. Interns enjoy Summer Hours, leaving at 3 pm on Fridays.
