Internship - Land Development

Responsibilities
- Perform basic site and drainage designs
- Implement Sustainable Site design principles
- Assist with the preparation of local, state & federal permit applications
- Provide construction administration support
- Execute design-related computer programs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, StormCAD, and Synchro
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on site design and land development
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Proficiency with MS Office programs
- Prior experience with CAD software preferred
- Ability to perform field work
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. of equipment
Schedule
Full-time Monday through Friday. Hybrid role with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

The base salary range for this role is $25.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
