Internship - Land Development

Responsibilities
- Perform basic site and drainage designs
- Implement Sustainable Site design principles
- Assist with the preparation of local, state & federal permit applications
- Provide construction administration support
- Execute design-related computer programs using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, StormCAD, and Synchro
Skills
- Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on site design and land development
- 3.0 GPA or higher
- Proficiency with MS Office programs
- Prior experience with CAD software preferred
- Ability to perform field work
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. of equipment

The base salary range for this role is $25.00 per hour. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
