What You'll Do
- Supplier Quality: Critical component development, quality management, continuous improvement, and qualification activities at suppliers.
- Supplier Industrialization: Evaluate design for manufacturing risks, identify feasibility of manufacturing processes, lead internal program reviews, and develop data collection and DOE plans.
- Industrial Engineering: Plan, direct, and conduct industrialization activities, develop supplier metrics, validate supplier corrective actions, and lead supplier improvements.
What You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with GD&T, AutoCAD, Solid Works, CATIA, and MiniTab.
- Exposure to lean manufacturing principles and concepts.
- Previous experience in production control, project management, root cause analysis, material flow, manufacturing, process engineering, internal consulting, systems engineering, and/or warehousing.
- Knowledge of PPAP/APQP processes.
- Self-starter, seeks opportunities to improve processes, part quality, and overall efficiency.
- Software skills: MySQL, Tableau, Excel, flowcharting software.

Pay
Expected Compensation: $19.47 - $43.75/hour + benefits. Pay offered may vary based on individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
