Internship, HR Partner, Engineering (Winter/Spring 2027)

About the role

This HR/People Intern position is expected to start January 2027 and continue through the Spring term (through April) or into early Summer 2027, if available. The internship requires a minimum of 12 weeks, full‑time (40 hours per week) on‑site. Locations include Fremont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; or Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding training efforts
• Administering enrollment, attendance, travel, supplies and materials for orientation and onboarding programs
• Creating communication for Learning and Development platforms
• Supporting onboarding employee experience
• Providing comprehensive analytics to drive employee engagement
• Optimizing and standardizing HR processes and programs
• Administering best‑in‑class solutions for benefits delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Communications, or Business
• Available for a minimum of 12+ weeks
• Able to work 40+ hours per week on‑site
