What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end electrical projects for service tooling, including end of line testers, trickle chargers, and battery-module simulation setups.
- Design, build, and validate full electrical systems from architecture through bring-up, debug, and handoff.
- Develop and document service processes that use software features to complete field and lab tasks.
- Execute test plans for software features and service procedures; capture results and edge cases.
- Provide closed-loop feedback to design/firmware/software teams to improve tools, UX, and reliability.
- Support system integration: wiring, harnesses, power paths, sensing, safety, and interface definition.
- Debug hardware/software interactions using lab instruments, logs, and protocol analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (design, service engineering, manufacturing, FW/SW) to ship usable solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Strong embedded & C/C++ programming skills.
- Experience designing and working with digital communication buses (CAN, Ethernet, RS-485, USB, SPI, I2C, etc.).
- Experience developing with MCUs such as STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi or similar.
- Understanding of key analog components such as MOSFETs, op-amps, switching regulators, gate drivers, etc.
- Experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, preferably using Altium Designer.
- Experience debugging electronic circuits using common lab tools (oscilloscopes, electronic loads, signal generators, etc.).
- Understanding of hardware and software life cycle development process.
- Experience using hand/power tools. Previous experience physically assembling, debugging or reworking electro-mechanical systems is a bonus.

Pay and Benefits
Expected Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 + benefits.
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
