- Materials & FF&E: Source and collect material samples, keeping the studio's sample library current and well organized; Research furniture, lighting, textiles, and finishes for active projects; Prepare and maintain FF&E schedules and spec sheets; Liaise with vendors and showrooms on lead times, pricing, and availability.
- Collectible furniture & art: Research artworks and collectible furniture within our own inventory; Support cataloguing in Artlogic, ensuring accurate records for sales and exhibitions; Assist with condition reports for incoming furniture and artworks.
- Projects on site: Attend site visits and client or vendor meetings, taking notes and site measurements; Assist with styling and project installations; Support the team with project documentation and general studio needs.
