The Role

We're looking for a hungry, proactive, and reliable Design Intern who is excited to take ownership of real design work. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, brings ideas to life quickly, and wants meaningful responsibility from day one.

How You'll Contribute

• Produce: Resize, adapt, and export creative assets across social platforms, using AI tools to speed up image editing and expansion, create subtitles and localized versions, prepare presentation decks, and keep our asset library organized and easy to navigate.
• Support: Assist with light video editing, image retouching, and AI-assisted content production.
• React: During sports and product launches, help the team move quickly, turning around social assets in real time as moments unfold.

Basic Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Computer Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to speed up production.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you catch the small stuff before it ships.
• Able to work quickly and calmly under time pressure, especially during live/launch moments.
• Effectively contribute to group creative discussions and critiques.
• Work collaboratively with the design team and marketing team to reach creative goals while cultivating a strong team-oriented environment.
• Keep managers up to date on the progress and development of projects.
• Interested in the health and wellness space, particularly in sleep.
• Able to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple projects.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Computer Arts or Graphics major is highly preferred.

Bonus Points For

• Strong knowledge of typography, hierarchy, and layout.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
• Experience in digital advertising or startups.
• Experience in 3D platform such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
