About the role

The Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Coverage within Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking (SGCIB) manages the bank’s global business relationships with large financial institutions. This position is based in New York on the Banks Coverage team, which currently oversees about 35 active clients.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Support
• Preparation of Client Meetings
• Briefing memos and Call reports
• Pitch presentations
• Pre‑Screening / Support Memos (business cases and client profitability analysis)
• Interaction with business line product specialists on specific client initiatives
• Tracking of live deal and pitch communication for current and prospective clients
• Production of a quarterly thoughts piece
• Client profile development
• Special sector studies as needed
