Internship
Internship terms: Spring (Jan. 1 – Apr. 30, apply by Dec. 1) • Summer (May 1 – Aug. 31, apply by Apr. 1) • Fall (Sep. 1 – Jan. 31, apply by Aug. 1). Start and end dates are flexible to accommodate school requirements and other commitments.
About the role
The Claremont Institute is seeking enthusiastic, hard-working, intellectually curious candidates for an in-person, part-time internship (16–28 hours per week) at its Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex office. Interns will assist staff in Claremont’s Center for Political Philosophy & Statesmanship, Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, and/or the Claremont Review of Books. The position includes training, guidance, and lunch discussions with Claremont scholars and staff on topics related to the principles of the American Founding.

Requirements
- Organizational skills
- A keen eye for detail
- A methodical approach to research
- Excellent writing abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A desire to advance Claremont’s mission to restore the principles of the American Founding to our political order
- Study and/or knowledge of American history and politics (preferred)
Pay
Internships are paid, and college credit may be available.
