About the role
Crosswalk Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated graduate students who are completing their practicum or internship in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health program.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling services under clinical supervision
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and assist with treatment planning
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in weekly supervision and case consultation
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Master's or Doctoral program
- Completing practicum or internship requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using technology for telehealth services
- Passionate about helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being
