About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients under the supervision of licensed veterinarians.
- Contribute to the education of veterinary students and interns through clinical rotations and mentorship.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to the highest standards of veterinary medicine and ethical practices.
Requirements
- A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
- Licensure in good standing to practice in the state where you will be working, or the ability to obtain.
- A commitment to providing exceptional veterinary care and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.
Qualifications
- Board certification or residency training in Internal Medicine.
- Experience in emergency/critical care and/or specialty medicine is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Excellent diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and procedures.

Pay
The annualized base for this position ranges from $185,000 to $250,000 and is negotiable based on experience and credentials. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
