About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients under the supervision of licensed veterinarians.
• Contribute to the education of veterinary students and interns through clinical rotations and mentorship.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to the highest standards of veterinary medicine and ethical practices.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in the state where you will be working, or the ability to obtain.
• A commitment to providing exceptional veterinary care and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.

Qualifications

• Board certification or residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Experience in emergency/critical care and/or specialty medicine is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The annualized base for this position ranges from $185,000 to $250,000 and is negotiable based on experience and credentials. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
