Internet Sales Representative

About the role

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Seminole County, part of the Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD) family, is seeking motivated Internet Sales Representatives to join their winning team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service, enjoy connecting with people, and have a desire to grow their career with a Fortune 500 company.

Responsibilities

• Engage with online leads, phone inquiries, and existing customers
• Build strong relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
• Present vehicle options, features, and benefits tailored to each customer
• Schedule appointments and ensure seamless hand-offs to the in-store sales team
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Stay current on product knowledge and dealership promotions

Requirements

Automotive sales or Internet experience is a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, and excellent organizational and computer proficiency are essential. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are also required.

Qualifications
