Internet Sales Representative

Pay

The annual estimated earnings range is $46,500 - $154,000. This is a performance-driven position with total compensation including commission off individual payable gross, bonuses based on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 8:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and thoroughly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries
• Convert leads into showroom appointments
• Build customer trust through proactive follow-up and personalized service
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities
• Manage customer communications through our CRM system
• Deliver a personalized customer experience from first contact through delivery

Requirements

• 1+ year of automotive Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience (required)
• Experience with appointment setting and sales performance
• Experience building relationships, responding to customer needs, and delivering quality service
• Demonstrated flexibility and efficiency in a high-volume sales environment
• Eagerness, proactivity, and focus on achieving sales success
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
