Job Summary
The Sales Representative will handle customer inquiries via telephone and computer, responding promptly and professionally. Key responsibilities include generating sales appointments, conducting full vehicle presentations, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience
- Previous Internet Sales position at an automotive dealership preferred
- Experience in taking incoming sales phone calls, as well as making outbound marketing calls
- Experience utilizing Inventory and/or CRM systems
- Confident and professional phone skills and manner
- Flexible schedule to include evenings and/or weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures
