Role Responsibilities
- Manage internet leads and ensure timely follow-up to drive appointments and sales
- Lead and support the Internet Sales Team in converting leads into showroom traffic and deals
- Track daily performance metrics and implement improvements to increase results
- Maintain accurate and optimized website inventory, pricing, and content
- Recruit, train, and coach team members while holding them accountable to KPIs
- Stay involved in daily operations, assisting with customers and deal flow as needed
- Support digital campaigns and lead generation efforts to grow sales and profitability
Employee Prerequisites
- Proven automotive sales leadership experience; competitive, performance-based compensation
- Ready to step in quickly and drive results from day one
- Experience managing digital marketing, website performance, and online lead flow in a dealership setting
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools to track performance and improve conversion
- Results-driven with strong organizational skills and a data-focused approach
