Position Overview
Vallejo Hyundai is seeking a driven and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to manage inbound leads, respond to online inquiries, and convert digital opportunities into showroom traffic and vehicle sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all internet leads (email, phone, text) promptly and professionally
- Set, confirm, and manage customer appointments
- Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM tools and processes
- Engage customers with accurate vehicle information, pricing, and availability
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff and customer experience
- Track lead activity, appointments, and conversions
- Achieve and exceed KPIs including response time, appointment set rate, show rate, and sales conversion
- Continuously improve product knowledge and digital communication skills
Qualifications
- Prior automotive sales or BDC/internet sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
