Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with the highest level of service that represents General RV Center as the premier RV partner.
  • Generate leads using established BDR tools and playbook.
  • Accurately track all customer interactions, sales opportunities, appointments, and outcomes.
  • Utilize approved budget and post inventory daily at the direction from Sales leadership.
  • Actively work on taking unverified leads and converting them into qualified opportunities, including customer name, phone number, email, and products of interest.
  • Follow up with messages and leads received overnight every morning.
  • Contact previous in-store customers by identifying them through the CRM Opportunity Tool and reengage those sales opportunities.
  • Proactively follow up with Sales Management to learn of price changes so listings are consistent with listed prices.
  • Work with the Sales team and leadership to develop a strong working relationship.
  • Attend morning Sales meetings one time per week to provide necessary updates on workflow and stay informed on Sales initiatives.
  • Partner with photo takers to ensure pictures are uploaded promptly and meet the established quality standards.
  • Use the Sales Management team as a frontline resource for any inventory, industry, or sales process-related questions.
  • Smile and laugh… a lot.

  • Process and procedure oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure to hit deadlines.
  • Must possess analytical skills to evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of programs and prepare actionable reporting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that will lead to solid relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Communicate well to all levels within the organization.
