Interner Revisor (w/m/d) – Düsseldorf

Responsibilities

• Independently review our operational and business processes from preparation through execution to documentation.
• Identify weaknesses and develop practical solutions in collaboration with specialized departments.
• Continuously rethink and help shape our internal controls and audit processes, including within project frameworks.
• Engage in direct, equal-level exchanges with departments, managers, and external auditors.
• Create audit reports that clearly communicate findings and drive real improvements.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in banking, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial practical experience in a bank, auditing firm, or internal audit department.
• Familiarity with general audit work, annual financial statement audits, MaRisk requirements, credit operations, and overall bank management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and legal requirements.
• A team player with a high sense of responsibility, integrity, and loyalty.
