International User Growth Manager

Location: Beijing / Shanghai / Chongqing / Chengdu, with remote work available worldwide.

About the role

We’re looking for an International User Growth Manager to help build our user growth engine from 0 to 1. You’ll own seed user acquisition, growth experiments, SEM, outbound campaigns, Product Hunt launch, review growth, and funnel optimization from Lead → Trial → Activation → Retention.

Requirements

• Native English speaker with excellent writing and communication skills
• 3+ years of SaaS growth, user acquisition, SEM, PLG, or growth marketing experience
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, G2, Product Hunt, Discord, SEM, and SaaS channels
• Able to run acquisition funnels independently, from persona definition to conversion tracking
• Familiarity with AI SaaS, CRM, RevOps, or sales tech is a plus
