International Trade Litigation Associate Location: Tysons, VA A leading international law firm is seeking a junior Litigation Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join its nationally recognised litigation practice in Northern Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior litigator interested in government investigations, regulatory enforcement, international trade and complex commercial disputes. The role offers exposure to federal district courts and the U.S. Court of International Trade. Key Responsibilities Support government investigations and regulatory enforcement proceedingsHandle international trade and customs-related disputesConduct legal research and draft motions, briefs and memorandaAssist with written discovery, document review and depositionsSupport witness preparation and case strategyAdvise domestic and multinational clients on customs and trade-related mattersWork closely with experienced trial lawyers on domestic and cross-border litigation Who You Are 1-3 years of litigation experience at a law firm, or government agencyStrong legal research, drafting and discovery experienceInterest in international trade, regulatory enforcement and investigationsCustoms, tariff or trade-related experience is preferred, but not requiredExcellent academic credentialsStrong written and oral advocacy skillsComfortable with meaningful client contact and responsibility Compensation Salary Range: $225,000 – $260,000 Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits, alongside significant client exposure and professional development within a sophisticated litigation team.
