Responsibilities
- Lead significant projects in the ITS Core team
- Innovate and streamline tax processes through digitization and automation
- Maintain operational excellence in tax advisory services
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive successful outcomes
- Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders
- Motivate and coach teams to solve intricate tax problems
- Foster open and transparent communication
- Enhance efficiencies in tax advisory through technology
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

- Understanding corporate tax in an international environment
- Utilizing technical skills in structural realignment
- Building and utilizing networks of client relationships
- Managing resource requirements and project workflow

- Knowledge of automation and digitization in tax services

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
