About the role

As part of the International Tax Services Generalist CS team, you are expected to lead the way as technology-enabled tax advisors who provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Senior Manager, you are to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead significant projects in the ITS Core team
  • Innovate and streamline tax processes through digitization and automation
  • Maintain operational excellence in tax advisory services
  • Interact with clients at a senior level to drive successful outcomes
  • Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders
  • Motivate and coach teams to solve intricate tax problems
  • Foster open and transparent communication
  • Enhance efficiencies in tax advisory through technology

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 5 years of experience

Qualifications

  • CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

  • Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels
  • Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness
  • Model and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
