Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in international tax.
- Prior experience in a law firm or accounting firm planning inbound and outbound cross‑border transactions across a diverse range of industries.
- Must be admitted to practice law in Texas.
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, CPA license, or LL.M. in Tax is strongly preferred (not required).
- Excellent academic and employment credentials.
