Responsibilities

• Serving as an international tax advisor
• Supporting business development
• Managing multiple client engagements
• Conducting research and reviewing tax advice on domestic and international matters
• Leading international compliance and planning projects
• For Senior Managers: contributing to market activities, mentoring team members, and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum five years (or eight for senior roles) of broad experience in international corporate taxation, M&A, or federal tax
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, JD/LLM, or EA
• Expertise in international tax planning areas like outbound/inbound structuring, treaties, repatriation, transfer pricing, and M&A
• Additional senior-level qualifications: experience managing client relationships and leading teams

Skills

Strong planning, research, communication skills, and knowledge of U.S. federal taxation are essential.
