International Tax Manager - Compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of international tax compliance engagements
• Preparation and review of U.S. and foreign tax returns, forms, and disclosures
• Ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
• Leading foreign tax credit calculations, reporting, and documentation
• Coordination and management of international tax compliance projects
• Resolution of compliance issues, risks, and discrepancies
• Technical guidance and training on international tax compliance matters
• Maintenance of current knowledge of international tax compliance developments
• Communication of changes to clients and team members
• Supporting clients during tax audits and regulatory reviews
• Collaboration with partners and other teams for seamless delivery of compliance services

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation (MST) or LLM preferred
• CPA and/or JD required
• 5+ years of progressive international tax compliance experience with a public accounting firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department
• Strong technical skills in international tax compliance, foreign tax credit utilization, and tax reporting
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Experience with tax software such as ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, and/or Engagement is a plus
