Key Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of international tax compliance engagements
- Preparation and review of U.S. and foreign tax returns, forms, and disclosures
- Ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Led foreign tax credit calculations, reporting, and documentation
- Coordination and management of international tax compliance projects
- Identification and resolution of compliance issues, risks, and discrepancies
- Technical guidance and training on international tax compliance matters
- Maintenance of current knowledge of international tax compliance developments
- Communication of changes to clients and team members
- Supporting clients during tax audits and regulatory reviews
- Collaboration with partners and other teams for seamless delivery of compliance services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; MST or LLM preferred
- CPA and/or JD required
- 5+ years of progressive international tax compliance experience
- Strong technical skills in international tax compliance, foreign tax credit utilization, and tax reporting
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Experience with tax software such as ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, and/or Engagement

Pay Range
$118,300 - $184,100
