International Tax M&A - Senior Manager
About the role
As part of the International Tax team you will advise multinational corporations, private equity firms, and private companies on the tax aspects of diligence and structuring deals. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level to drive project success. This role offers the chance to deepen your knowledge in international taxation and M&A, while building teams that deliver quality results and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze cross-border tax issues and stay updated on relevant legislation
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders
- Conduct interviews with clients and their tax advisors to gather information
- Oversee post-deal structuring and evaluate exit strategies
- Drive operational excellence through innovative process enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

- Proven experience in cross-border M&A tax analysis
- Demonstrating advanced knowledge of international taxation
- Building and maintaining client relationships effectively
- Managing project workflows, budgets, and collections
- Leading teams to foster trust and innovation
- Innovating with new technologies and digitization solutions
- Working with large data sets for insights
- Coaching staff with meaningful feedback
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
