International Tax M&A - Senior Manager
Responsibilities
- Analyze cross-border tax issues and stay updated on relevant legislation
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders
- Conduct interviews with clients and their tax advisors to gather information
- Oversee post-deal structuring and evaluate exit strategies
- Drive operational excellence through innovative process enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
