International Shipping Coordinator I

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create commercial invoices, interface with internal and external sources for regulatory or customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain relationships with freight carriers and small package carriers, communicate with employees and resolve shipping issues.
• Create BOL for international freight carriers and affix small package labels as needed.
• Obtain HAZMAT certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 2 years of shipping experience
