International Product Analyst/Owner

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking an International Product Analyst/Owner to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement 360 Encompass capabilities internationally
• Support release activities, documenting, validating, and tracking risks post-launch
• Translate country-specific issues into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Manage and prioritize product backlog from intake to release readiness
• Optimize workflows for customers to enhance productivity and ROI
• Provide status updates, escalate issues, and facilitate cross-functional feedback
• Act as the voice of the customer to guide product development decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 8 years of HIM experience in healthcare or High School Diploma/GED AND 12 years of HIM experience
• 2+ years in International Business and/or Product Development
• Strong project management skills with a track record of success
• 5+ years in Healthcare Software industry
• 2+ years of Agile software development experience

Pay

$125,600 – $172,700 annually

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)
