This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a Media environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-country payroll operations across 15+ countries
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution and compliance
- Oversee equity compensation payroll and regulatory adherence
- Lead payroll technology projects and Workday enhancements
- Establish global payroll policies and enforce compliance controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships
- Support special projects like M&A integrations and market entry
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in payroll operations, ideally in tech with global exposure
- Bachelor's degree in payroll, accounting, finance, HR, or related field
- Expertise in Workday Payroll and global payroll software
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Strong understanding of global equity taxation and international labor laws
Pay
$143,600 – $201,000 annually
