International Manufacturer seeks reps, rep teams and distributors in USA

About the role

We are an international medical device company seeking a master distributor, independent reps, or rep groups for our US market. We currently have several products ready for distribution and more in the pipeline.

Responsibilities

• The primary distributor would take ownership of all sales in the USA, including managing regional or other sub-distributors and reps.
• Ability to import and ensure compliance with FDA requirements for importation.
• Stocking and order fulfillment capabilities within the USA.
• Importing capabilities into the United States, meeting all necessary importing processes and requirements.
• Two of our fourteen products may be considered for direct licensing arrangements.
• We will provide access to marketing and training materials, but the distributor will need to tailor these to meet the needs of the USA team members.
• Commission compensation based on sales from all team members.

Requirements

Please confirm your ability to import, store, and fulfill orders of products for sales into the USA.

Qualifications

Applicants should demonstrate their ability to manage and distribute our products effectively within the USA market.

Skills

Strong organizational skills, familiarity with FDA regulations, and effective communication are essential.
