International Logistics Specialist - Vessel Processing
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Operations Specialist to join our Import team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for executing essential import processes and adhering to rigorous policies and procedures to ensure optimal service delivery for our internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Responsibilities
- Processing import vessels and cargo to ensure proper procedures and policies are followed.
- Aid in training of staff and maintaining training materials.
- Assist with internal/external customer concerns and sales inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving cargo movement including customs, logistical, and technical challenges.
- Handle case management in ONEForce, ONE COD Portal, and Terminal operating systems as necessary.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.

Function Specific Skills

- Gsuite or Microsoft Office experience is required.
- Customs and logistics knowledge is a plus but not required.
