  • Communicate project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Implement and maintain agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership, with significant exposure to international governments, sovereign customers, or public-sector ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated track record of converting government relationships, policy initiatives, or national programs into revenue-generating commercial opportunities.

  • Experience leading complex, high-value negotiations involving government procurement frameworks, public-private partnerships, or hybrid commercial structures.

  • Proven ability to manage long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales processes across international markets.

  • Strong understanding of government decision-making processes, funding mechanisms, and procurement pathways.

  • Financial and commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, contract structuring, and profitability management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Track record of making things happen in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

  • Executive presence with strong relationship management skills across ministries, agencies, and senior government stakeholders.

  • Advanced negotiation capabilities, particularly in bridging public-sector requirements with private-sector commercial models.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify, shape, and scale sovereign-driven opportunities into repeatable business.

  • Proven capability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution rigor.

  • High level of judgment and adaptability in navigating ambiguity, risk, and evolving government priorities.

  • Excellent communication skills, including development of executive-level proposals, briefings, and presentations.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action and accountability in driving deals to closure.

  • Experience in international, highly regulated, or emerging industries (e.g., aerospace, infrastructure, advanced technology) is a strong plus.
