Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Product and Business teams to define international GTM strategies for Qwen, Wan, and MaaS—crafting differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to AI-native enterprises and developer communities.
- Use Case–Driven Growth: Translate complex model capabilities into compelling, vertical-specific use cases that drive trial, API sign-ups, and sustained token usage.
- Performance Marketing: Design and execute targeted campaigns (digital, community, events) with full-funnel accountability—from awareness to token consumption—backed by case studies, technical content, and clear ROI metrics.
- Full-Link Attribution & Optimization: Build a closed-loop “marketing–product–data” system to track and attribute impact across every touchpoint (lead → registration → token spend), using data to continuously refine channel mix and maximize marketing efficiency.
- Ecosystem Monetization: Forge embedded partnerships with AI-native companies, aggregators, ISVs, accelerators, and incubators to co-create go-to-market motions and accelerate joint revenue.
- Voice of Market to Product: Serve as the critical bridge between market and internal teams—systematically capturing, structuring, and prioritizing customer feedback and market signals to directly inform product roadmaps, pricing, and launch timing, enabling an agile “use-to-build, sell-to-scale” operating model.
Qualifications
- Have 5+ years in cloud or AI, including 3+ years focused on AI product marketing, with a proven track record of launching and scaling commercial large model and API platforms that drove measurable user adoption and revenue growth.
- Hands-on with AIGC tools (e.g., experience with Wan or similar AI-native products is a plus) and can rapidly produce marketing assets—landing pages, demos, interactive content—and codify best practices into team SOPs.
- Own the full commercialization lifecycle: design and operate end-to-end data tracking from lead → API sign-up → token consumption, using attribution models to measure and optimize conversion efficiency at every stage—turning insights into action to accelerate token growth and business outcomes.
- Understand real-world AI workflows: fine-tuning, inference cost dynamics, prompt optimization, and multimodal pipelines—and can clearly articulate why customers should choose your solution (e.g., “Why this video studio picks Wan-Video over alternatives”).
- Think in use cases, not features: skilled at distilling complex AI capabilities into simple, urgent, high-value narratives that resonate with developers, product teams, and business buyers.
- Bring startup fluency—ideally with exposure to venture capital or consulting—and thrive in fast-moving, ecosystem-driven environments where partnership and market expansion are key.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Pay
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $121,000/year and $198,000/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
