About the role
Coordinate and execute global shipment activities, including imports, exports, parcel, LTL/FTL, ocean, and air freight. Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations while maintaining accurate documentation, optimizing transportation costs, and supporting on-time delivery performance in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage international freight operations across multiple regions.
- Maintain compliance with U.S. and international shipping regulations.
- Prepare and verify accurate shipping documentation.
- Optimize transportation costs and delivery performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or export operations.
- Experience coordinating international freight across multiple regions is preferred.
- Strong analytical, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and patience.
Schedule
- Onsite during initial training (Monday – Friday).
- Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule, with a requirement to work in the office at least 4 days per week and as needed.
